Every once in a while a cruise ship has to miss a port of call. This is all spelled out in the terms and conditions of the cruise documents. Ports can be missed because of mechanical problems on the ship, waters to rough for tender to make it to the pier or recently ship had to return early because of norovirus.
If this is spelled out in the cruise documents which no one really reads. What type of compensation should a passenger get for the inconvenience?
