Guaymas

The city and port of Guaymas is the main domestic and foreign tourist destination in the state of Sonora. The beach tourist area, is located northwest of the port, with the region of the Bay of San Carlos and its environs and to a lesser extent Bay Bacochibampo and Miramar beach.

Attractions

The main attractions are linked with the sea, beaches among its highlights of Miramar and San Carlos, where practiced ecotourism, nautical tourism, tourism, hunting, fishing, diving and golf among others.

Currency

Mexico's currency is the peso (MXN).
